Peter Wells

Owner & Architect

Peter founded the practice in 2011. He has been an architect for over twenty five years and has worked in East Anglia throughout his career. When he’s not in the office you’ll find him in his camper van, cup of coffee in hand, having just been for a dip in the North Sea.

Andy Catton

Associate Director

Andy qualified as an architect in 2013 and has spent his career working in East Anglia. He joined the practice in 2025 after ten years as a director of a nearby firm. Outside of work Andy enjoys sports, supports ITFC, and spending time the Suffolk countryside.

Sarah

Sarah Bixby

Office Manager

Sarah joined the team in 2012 and has been supporting the business as Office Manager ever since. She is often the first person you speak with in the practice. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Ashley

Ashley Benn

Architectural Assistant

Ashley joined the practice in 2015. He has worked as an architectural assistant in Suffolk since graduating from the University of Bath in 2005. Ashley loves his sports and music and in his spare time likes to try and improve his skills on the golf course and at playing the guitar.

Spencer Grimwade

Architectural Assistant

Spencer joined the practice in 2011. He studied at Colchester Institute and London South Bank University. He specialises in feasibility studies and coordination of on site information. Outside of the practice, Spencer enjoys kayaking and power kite flying.

Sophie Benton

Architectural Assistant

Sophie joined the practice in 2024 after previous work experience with the company. She is currently undertaking a level 7 March apprenticeship with London South Bank University since receiving her undergraduate degree from De Montfort University in 2024.

Becky Spall

Architectural Technologist

Becky joined the practice in 2017. She began working as an Architectural Technologist in 2001 after graduating from University of Northampton and went on to gain a master’s degree in Conservation of Historic Buildings. She has a sound knowledge of historic buildings, an invaluable resource in this local team.
